This is not a review from my personal experience, but one which reflects the opinion of some very satisfied customers. Tinnitus control uses a complex mixture of homeopathic remedies, and appears to manage some very successful outcomes.  Classical homeopathy matches the remedy to the individuality of the person, one remedy only. Homeopathic Ingredients in Tinnitus Control Include :

Arnica 30x this remedy produces conditions upon the system quite similar to those resulting from injuries, falls, blows, contusions. Tinnitus aurium. Putrid phenomena. Septic conditions; prophylactic of pus infection. Apoplexy, red, full face. Arnica appears especially suited to cases related to hardness of hearing and buzzing before the years. It is a muscular tonic.

Chininum Sulphuricum The use of Chinin, Sulph. is indicated for the ears when the ears ring like a bell or a noise emanates from the ears and hearing appears dull.Meniere's disease, violent ringing, buzzing, roaring in the ears, tinnitus, deafness, tinkling in the ears.

Ferrum Metallicum Oversensitive to noise,even the rustling of paper, noises in the ears, better leaning the head on a table, ringing in the ears worse before menses.

Kali phophoricum is indicated when fullness, singing, and surging in the ears are present. .Humming and buzzing in the ears, hearing sensitive, cannot endure noise. deafness from atropic condition of the nerve.

Natrum Sulphuricum  is indicated for use when ringing or tinkling of the ears is present.

Pulsatilla The weather-cock among remedies. Pulsatilla is indicated for use in ear conditions when tinnitus, tinkling, roaring, and humming in the years is present.

Silicea According to Boericke's Materia Medica. Silicea is indicated for roaring of the ears. Kent’s Repertory indicates the use of Silicea when noise or roaring of the ears is present.

 Thiosinaminum is indicated for use when tinnitus aurium is present.Tinnitus caused by fibrous bands, catarrhal deafness. Thickened eardrum. Deafness due to some fibrous change in the nerve. Formation of fibrous bands impeding free movement of the ossicles, as in otosclerosis.
